面对全球“双碳”战略目标与钢铁产业转型升级的紧迫需求，重点聚焦钢铁材料在高端化发展过程中的新技术、新理论及相关应用性能评价等，包括钢铁材料素化基础理论、力学冶金技术、外加能量场组织控制技术、微合金化技术、AI+晶体缺陷控制技术等。
In response to the urgent demands of the global dual-carbon strategic goals and the upgrading of the iron and steel industry, we mainly focus on the new technologies, novel theories, and related performance evaluation methodologies in the high‑end development of steel materials, including fundamental theories for steel plainification, mechanical metallurgy technology, externally applied energy field assisted microstructure control technology, micro‑alloying technology, AI‑enhanced crystal defect control technology, etc.
