新型二维材料的可控合成与物性调控,以及基于此类材料的功能器件研发及其在集成电路领域的应用研究,涵盖但不限于以下方向:1)新型二维材料的可控制备与物性探索:涵盖二维材料的范德华外延生长、新型铁电/磁性半导体的设计与量子物性调控;2)高性能电子与光电器件:讨论基于二维材料及其异质结的下一代逻辑器件、红外探测器、非易失存储器及硅基集成技术;3)低功耗自旋电子器件:聚焦二维材料中的自旋注入与自旋输运调控、自旋轨道矩物理机制及其在磁性异质结中的应用;4)能源材料与多功能应用:探索二维材料在薄膜太阳能电池、量子点发光二极管(QLED)及能源存储与转化领域的交叉创新。

The controllable synthesis and property regulation of novel two-dimensional materials, as well as the research and development of functional devices based on such materials and their applications in the field of integrated circuits, cover but are not limited to the following directions: 1) Controllable preparation and property exploration of novel two-dimensional materials: including van der Waals epitaxial growth of two-dimensional materials, design of new ferroelectric/magnetic semiconductors and regulation of quantum properties; 2) High-performance electronic and optoelectronic devices: discussing next-generation logic devices, infrared detectors, non-volatile memories and silicon-based integration technologies based on two-dimensional materials and their heterojunctions; 3) Low-power spintronic devices: focusing on spin injection and spin transport regulation in two-dimensional materials, physical mechanisms of spin-orbit torque and their applications in magnetic heterojunctions; 4) Energy materials and multi-functional applications: exploring cross-innovations of two-dimensional materials in thin-film solar cells, quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) and energy storage and conversion fields.
